June 8th – NC Foothills Farm Tour

Join us on Saturday, June 8th as we invite you to experience first hand the hard work of our local, small farmers in Polk and Rutherford Counties at the Inaugural NC Foothills Farm Tour!
We will have over 15 stops on the tour this year with everything from produce, dairy, flower, microgreen, garlic and livestock farms to wineries. This is a perfect chance to get to know your farmer, and learn where your food comes from. Our theme this year is “Homegrown”, so we hope that you all experience something at your farm stops that you can take back to implement at your home, or actions you can take to build a better relationship with your food for that homegrown experience.
The cost of the event is $25 per car load! That’s right, $25 for as many people as you can fit into a car, gets you admission to all the farms on the tour the day of!
